Supply Chain Employees represent Barrick and have an obligation to act in the best interests of Barrick in their dealings with suppliers. All contacts with suppliers must be fair, open, honest and ethical. Barrick Supply Chain Employees must respect confidentiality, intellectual property and ownership of data.
